Tohatsu MFS15E EFS outboard motor 15 hp — short shaft, electric start

Tohatsu MFS15E EFS — 15 hp four-stroke outboard motor in short shaft version with an electric starter and tiller steering. The maximum power allowed on a Selakos 330.

A 333 cc twin-cylinder with electronic fuel injection: reliable starting without a choke, brisk acceleration and low consumption for this output. The lightest in its class, which on an inflatable boat immediately shows in trim and handling.

Please note: a starter battery is not included. An electric start motor requires a 12V battery on board.

Which boat does this motor fit

Suitable for the Selakos 330 (for that model this is the 15 hp maximum). Not suitable for the 180, 230 and 280 — those may carry a maximum of 3.5 and 6.5 hp respectively. Put together a complete set in the combi-deal configurator.
