1. Free shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping within the Netherlands is always free — on everything, with no minimum order value.

This applies to boats, engines, combo deals and accessories. You don't need a discount code; shipping costs are applied automatically at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg

Accessories: €9.95
Boat (order value up to €850): €39.95
Engine, combo deal, or boats and engines together from €850: €59.95
ePropulsion E-Series batteries (pallet shipping): €99.95

Accessories and batteries are charged separately. For example, a boat with one accessory costs €49.90 in shipping.

The applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We ship as standard to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. Would you like an order delivered to another country? Please contact us before ordering at info@rubberbotenwinkel.nl to discuss the options.

Large products, such as inflatable boats, engines or floor sections, may be shipped by special transport due to their size or weight.

3. Delivery time

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Products in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.

After shipping, the expected delivery time is on average:

Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg: 2–5 working days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example due to carrier volumes, public holidays or special transport conditions.

If a product is not immediately available or an unexpected delay occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If no other delivery time has been agreed, the statutory rules on delivery apply. Under Dutch law (as stated by the consumer authority ACM), an order must in principle be delivered within 30 days, unless a different delivery time has been agreed.

4. Shipping confirmation & tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive, where available, a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

For certain types of special transport, the way you are informed about the delivery may differ.

5. Not at home at delivery

If you are not at home, the carrier decides what happens to the shipment, depending on the chosen shipping method.

The parcel may, for example, be offered again, taken to a pickup point or — where permitted — delivered to another location.

Please follow the carrier's information via the tracking link.

6. Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Noticed a mistake after ordering? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rubberbotenwinkel.nl.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, the reasonable costs of reshipping may be charged.

7. Damaged or incomplete delivery

Please check your order on receipt.

Has a product arrived damaged, did you receive the wrong product or is something missing? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rubberbotenwinkel.nl and include photos if possible.

Reporting within 48 hours helps us investigate any transport damage quickly, but does not affect your statutory rights.

As the seller, Rubberbotenwinkel.nl remains responsible for delivery until the order has been delivered to the consumer, subject to statutory exceptions.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Returns and the right of withdrawal are covered by our separate Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory cooling-off period of at least 14 days. Rubberbotenwinkel.nl offers a longer return period of 30 days after receipt for eligible products.

The direct costs of returning are borne by the customer where this was clearly stated in advance, unless, for example, the delivery was incorrect or defective and we are responsible for it.
