Shipping

We make sure your order is processed quickly and carefully.

  • Orders that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.
  • After that, delivery in the Netherlands takes 1–2 working days on average; to Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg 2–5 working days.
  • You will automatically receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

  • Always free — on everything, with no minimum order value. This applies to boats, motors, combi deals and accessories.
  • Large products such as inflatable boats or floor sections are packed securely and sometimes shipped by special transport.

Shipping costs to Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg:

  • Accessories: € 9.95
  • Boat (order value up to € 850): € 39.95
  • Motor, combi deal, or boats and motors together from € 850: € 59.95
  • ePropulsion E-series batteries (pallet shipping): € 99.95

Accessories and batteries are charged separately. For example, a boat with one accessory costs € 49.90 in shipping. You will always see the exact amount in the cart before you pay.

We do not ship to other countries as standard. Would you still like to have an order sent abroad? Please contact us in advance at info@rubberbotenwinkel.nl.

🔄 Returns at Rubberbotenwinkel.nl

At Rubberbotenwinkel.nl you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. By law you have a 14-day cooling-off period; we give you extra time on top of that.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return costs are at the customer's own expense. If we need to arrange the return shipment for you, the costs are:

    - Within the Netherlands: € 20 – € 60, depending on the type of product.
    - For Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg: € 30 – € 75, depending on the type of product.

    The exact costs may vary depending on size, weight and location. Contact us for a quote or help with arranging the return shipment.
  • Custom-made products are excluded from returns. Unfortunately these products cannot be returned because they have been made especially for you.

How do you return an item?

  1. Register your return: by email to info@rubberbotenwinkel.nl with your order number, by phone on 0315-700237, or using the return form on the website. The form is there to help you — it is not a requirement.
  2. You will receive a confirmation from us with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the product well and send it back with a carrier of your choice.
  4. As soon as we have received and checked your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible, at the latest within 10 working days.

📍 You will receive the return address when you register your return.
⚠️ We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace code.

Please note:
Products that have been ordered especially for you or made to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
