The ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus is a powerful 1 kW electric outboard motor — rated by ePropulsion as comparable to roughly 3 hp of petrol power — designed for inflatable boats, sailing boats and tenders up to 1.5 tonnes. Whether you are a hobby boater or a professional working with inflatables such as the SELAKOS models, the Spirit 1.0 Plus delivers excellent performance, long run times and whisper-quiet, maintenance-free operation. Thanks to its integrated 1276 Wh lithium battery, the motor runs for an impressive 5 hours at half throttle, which makes it ideal for long trips and professional use.

With its light weight (10.6 kg for the motor and 8.7 kg for the battery), portability and robust build, the Spirit 1.0 Plus is perfectly suited to demanding conditions. The motor is designed for intensive use in both fresh and salt water, which makes it a strong choice for the professional watersports and fishing industry.

The Spirit 1.0 Plus is a powerful, environmentally friendly alternative to a traditional combustion engine. The battery charges fully in 3.5 hours with the fast charger, or in 8.5 hours with the standard charger. 📏 Which shaft length suits your boat?

The Spirit 1.0 Plus is available in three shaft lengths. Which one you need depends on the transom height of your boat (measured from the top of the transom to the bottom of the hull):

• Extra short (52.5 cm) – transom height 30–40 cm
• Short (62.5 cm) – transom height 40–50 cm
• Long (75 cm) – transom height above 50 cm

Every SELAKOS inflatable has a transom height of 40 cm. That sits exactly on the boundary between extra short and short — for the SELAKOS models we recommend the short shaft version. Not sure which you need? Get in touch and we will gladly help you choose.
