How do I place an order?

  1. Select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your shopping cart, check your order and fill in your details.
  3. Complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation from us by email within 15 minutes.

After placing your order, we will immediately start processing and shipping it as soon as possible or preparing it for collection. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order by e-mail. You will receive an e-mail at the following times:

1. Confirmation of receipt
This email confirms that your order has been received by us. Please note: this does not mean that the order has been approved or paid.

2. Payment received
When the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation with an overview of your order and the chosen shipping method. From that moment on we will start processing your order.

3. Invoice
Once your order has been processed and shipped or is ready for collection, you will receive an email with the corresponding invoice.

4. Shipping confirmation
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the package via the PostNL website. For larger packages, we use Transmission; you will also receive a Track & Trace link to track your shipment.

Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all our prices online include VAT.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer the following secure and convenient payment methods:

  • iDEAL – Pay directly and securely via your own bank (for Dutch customers).
  • Apple Pay – Pay quickly with your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch.
  • Google Pay – Pay easily with Android devices.
  • Klarna – Pay later or in installments, depending on your preference.
  • Mastercard – Globally accepted credit card.
  • Visa – Pay with a reliable and widely used credit card.

All payments are processed via a secure connection. You choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Was my online payment successful?

Once your payment has been successfully completed and your order has been received by us, you will automatically receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

If you haven't received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
